A quiet piece of recreational land, just over an acre, nestled along a wooded creek. The ground slopes gently toward the water, where you can hear the current picking up after a rain. It’s not built up, just raw and open—trails from the old farm still cut through the brush. There’s an old metal gate at the entrance, rusted but still working. I could see someone clearing a small spot for a fire ring, maybe a tent in the summer. No neighbors nearby, just the sound of wind in the pines.
